1:1 Executive Coaching
As a mission-driven leader (entrepreneur, executive, founder, or senior leader) you've done the work, you've built a successful business or career, but the pace of change is now too rapid or too big to keep up with. That’s where I come in.
Why Coaching matters:
Your inner world is lagging behind what your outer world is asking of you
My Approach
Most coaches come from one world. I come from several.
Fifteen years leading teams in Advertising, Tech, and HR Tech. A decade of devotional practice in Qi Gong, Reiki, Martial Arts & Sound. Time as a collegiate baseball coach, a psychedelic-assisted therapy coach, a founder, a husband, a father.
My coaching is rooted in Presence-Based® principles and shaped by all of this.
The leaders I work with don't need someone who only knows the work, or only knows the inner life. They need someone who knows both.
◎ Clarify the Future
We define your current leadership identity and name the gaps between who you are and who you and your business are becoming.
⏚ Expand Your Leadership Skills
We build the necessary skills of presence, influence and communication to step fully into the next version of you.
⌘ Real Situations, Real Solutions
We work with real situations in life to build capacity to turn difficulty into development.
✺ Accountable & Integrated
We make sure the work sticks — accountable to your commitments, integrated into your life, and built on what's already working in you.
Who I work With
I work with entrepreneurs, executives and senior leaders at mid-to-large organizations who are ready to lead differently.
⊕
An Executive or Senior Leader
You hold real responsibility for people, culture, and outcomes. You've earned your seat at the table
↗
10+ Years Of Leadership Experience
You've navigated enough to know what works. You've also been around long enough to recognize the patterns that keep showing up
⌖
Impact Matters More than Title
You're not chasing the next promotion. You want the work to mean something
⏂
You Believe Your Growth Is The Work
You understand that the ceiling you're bumping against isn't external.
When Coaching is Most Valuable
Coaching with me is particularly impactful if you:
𐍈
Are Sensing That How You're Leading Is Starting To Cost You And The People Around You.
🜄
Are Stepping Into A New Level Of Responsibility And Want To Grow Into It Intentionally, Not Just Survive It.
🜃
Are Carrying A Pattern You Can't Think Your Way Out Of Or Something That Keeps Showing Up No Matter How Much You Know About It.
🜂
Are Ready To Do The Work Even When Things Are Going Well. You Know The Next Level Requires A Different Version Of You.

Sliding Scale
USING THE SLIDING SCALE
Equity-based tuition considerations
Consider contributing MORE on the scale if you:
have the ability to comfortably meet all of your basic needs
belong to a sponsoring organization or are employed full-time
have investments, retirement accounts, or inherited money
travel recreationally
have access to family money and resources in times of need
work part-time by choice
own the home you live in
have a relatively high degree of earning power due to level of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc.)
Consider contributing LESS on the scale if you:
have difficulty covering basic expenses
are supporting children or have other dependents
have significant debt
have medical expenses not covered by insurance
are an elder with limited financial support
are an unpaid community organizer
have unstable housing and/or limited access to reliable transportation
have not taken a vacation or time off due to the financial burden
